I have got offer from TIAA, _VOIS and Capgemini Invent. All are offering almost the same CTC. Given the global recession prediction in 2023, which organization should be preferable to join. Date of joining - Mid of Jan 2023.

I was offered a new job in Internal Audit/ Consulting role at my current employer. W/ a jump in pay-grade level, 1 level (Hay Grade 16 to 17), and a 20% increase in salary ($108K to $130K) and 5% increase in potential bonus pay-out (10% to 15%). I was looking for $150K (39%) but am happy to get $140K (30%). How should I go about doing this?

I have never worked at a start up before but this will likely be my next career move in the next year. Negotiation of RSUs is something that’s important to me. Those who have gone through it, how have you gone about maxing out RSUs in offer package?

What range can I expect from Cap1 Sr Business Analyst or Sr Financial Analyst in McLean office?

What is the average hike people got/expecting in this cycle?

Amazon came back with an offer (Non tech L5)
I didn't like it to be honest even though i wanted to be part of amazon for a really long time.

My Current CTC- 30(27.3+2.7)
Amazon - 30 fixed
+ 5 JB(For 2 years) and +11 RSU.
Technically 0% hike.

HR told me numbers on call but never sent estiamtes (been 1 week)
When I followed up she said she is taking approvals.

She is taking approvals on the salary I didn't agree to.
I messaged her to know structure but no revert.

Is 25% hike on current is a good deal to switch to CTS from HCL. Offer I got is 21.8 fixed + 70000 variable total CTC 22.5 LPA e.o.f 9.5yrs.

Hi all! Tbh I'm feeling a bit behind in life at the moment. I have a job, but I don't think I'm using my skills to the best of my abilities. I make around $48k and want to go into consulting or an analyst role- so I have spent the last few months learning sql, mastering excel, etc. No company is willing to take a risk (I don't have 'proper' experience as an analyst, but I do data work in my current job). I joined HCL last week and they initiated post joining background verification. I worked for a small startup for 5 months which do have only 10 employees in the past and didn't deducting anything for pf or TDS, also they didn't provided any TDS. Now, HCl background verification team is asking for form 16, i already told them that i don't have form 16 for that startup, now they send me one statement of fact and ask it fill that why I don't have form 16? Are they going to resicnd my offer?

Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
