I’m in a rather peculiar situation. Folks! Almost 7 weeks. I have some pain on just one side of the pelvis. Some mild lower back pain on the same side. No other major preg symptoms except fatigue. Hcg levels have been increasing but very slowly. Have an ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow but freaking out if it could be ectopic! Any similar experiences ? TIA
