Does anyone have helpful hints on how to manage the interview process in terms of timing? I have 5 opportunities going in various stages. Two of them are in 3rd interview stage, and a “perfect role” just popped out of nowhere from a recruiter in early stage. I realize that companies have very different timelines too, but how do you all queue up your personal timeline to be able to consider multiple offer(s) if it leads to that?

With 6 YOE.. what salary can I expect from Amazon at L5 Business Analyst Role?

I recently graduated with a bachelors in finance, and have recently got hired (5 months ago) as a financial analyst. Realistically I do FP&A for a company. I have realized I am not a huge fan of doing non stop spreadsheet all day. Am thinking I’d enjoy my career more by becoming a financial planner and getting my CFP certification. I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.
