Anyone run a marketplace-like model or one where you are the middle man and don’t actually own the products or employees of the main service you are offering?

Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. Definitely looking into early-ish retirement, should I just invest the rest in a regular brokerage account until I reach the income limit? Am I even allowed to do a conversion? I'm a first-year in an administrative practice (electricity) at a V25. What can someone hyper-specialized like me do after biglaw? Should I jump to corp/lit (I do a little of both) before it's too late, or try to do more work in those practices?
