Did you ask the question bout side hustles also?

Lol that’s not even close to true. That’s like saying every stock has the same return rate.

Just go to Morningstar.com or Yahoo Finance... This isn’t an opinion based question. Literally look up the best performing mutual funds with the lowest expense ratios. It’s not hard.

I’m pretty sure all the mutual funds have pretty much the same return rates

Kpmg 1 - No one said it was hard though. A lot of information is publicly available but it is fair to still ask questions to see if anyone has had personal experience with a high performing mutual fund. No different that asking what type of investment (stock, real estate etc) has yielded good returns. That information is also publicly available. A lot of questions posed on this forum can be answered on google. Thanks for stating the obvious though.

My husband finally stood up and planned a trip for us. We were both very excited about it and I gave the team the notice three months ago. However just a month before the trip, the client changed the deliverable timeline and I was asked politely to move my trip and was told maybe the team could reimburse my change fee. But all the dates on the booking site that would work with the team timeline were sold out so I ended up having to cancel the trip and the site only gives credit instead of refund

Can somebody pls explain this to me: if somebody has a medical emergency and needs to use short term disability, the firm says they need to pay for all of their other benefits at the full rate, not the employee discounted rate, so like $400 for health insurance instead of $100. Do they ever reimburse this money or is this the terrible setup they have if you need to use your disability benefits? I feel like I'm missing something.

Currently maxing HSA contributions. Now, if I have a medical expense, like prescription medication or a consultation, should I pay out of pocket, or using my HSA? I know that’s what the HSA is for, but does it make sense to let it grow there in investments to use in the future and pay out of pocket using cash on hand now? Any advice?

How is everyone dealing with the volume of people leaving? I know in my office we are drowning due to the number of staff and seniors leaving and the volume of work coming in. Obviously there’s always turnover but it’s way more than normal and we don’t seem to be able to hire people. I feel like the audit industry is due for a big change to retain people since I think younger folks are way less willing to trade their life now for a payday later on in life.
