Does anyone else struggle with depression and you feel like it impacts your productivity some days? I consider myself a very motivated and productive person but when I have bouts of depression for a few days or weeks at a time I find it takes everything in me to do simple tasks and I feel guilty about not being as productive as I could be or normally am. I should add I also work from home so there’s that component as well. Any advice?

I have a question about a false negative PCR test. I started coughing and had sore throat on Monday, tested on Wednesday, and received my results yesterday which indicated I was negative. I now have 5 symptoms ( sore throat, cough, mild fever, body aches, and congested nose). I will continue isolating my self but I think this is a false negative?
The last time I saw people was on Sunday morning and both of those people also tested and they received positive results. They have the same symtoms
