How to get better in interviews? I am a foreign-attorney and a current law student (rising 2L). I am in the top-third of my class, Hispanic woman, years of legal experience, and made law review. I always receive tons of compliments during my interviews, but they don’t result in call backs. Some interviewers are truly interested in my personal story, but seem like they were not planning to hire me from the beginning. What can I do? I am terrified of not getting a 2L SA.

Hi, i was interviewed at cognizant and after HR asked me to fill CIS form to get into HR round. It's been a month, i didn't get any call from HR. I tried sending emails to HR multiple times but no use. Do i still get the call from HR ?

its 20days now, since I given Telephonic interview in CTS.Interviewer told me that you cleared this round and HR ll contact you for further process.But as of now no one contacted me.
Should I suppose to wait or they rejected?

Advice needed! I interviewed with my favorite company 3 months ago for a role I was interested in but had no experience. They were looking for someone with experience so they passed on me. The recruiter and I had a great relationship, she said she has a different role for me in mind and would give me a call when it opens up and told me I can reach out in a month or two. Compensation difference between both is 10% .
Being from SAP background ,which one will be best to choose considering on-site opportunities, work life balance,pay hikes, projects .
