Already maxed out my Roth IRA, my company matches the first $2,000 of my 401 K at 100% then the next 1,000$ at 50%. I have recently hit that $3,000, my company offers a super Roth strategy (mega backdoor Roth), with the ability to automatically convert each contribution to said Roth. Any suggestions would be much appreciated on whether I should begin with this strategy, or max out the unmatched portion of my 401k first. (Ideally I’d hope to do both) Thanks.

I’m a first year associate (almost second year). I work at a national firm and I’m not a litigator. When I started with the firm, I was told I could work out of any office. Long story short, I regret choosing the office that I chose. I’d like to transfer to another office - is that a difficult ask? I’m licensed in the state I’d like to transfer to. I don’t know how to make this request.
