My biggest disappointment with the election isn't that over 69M voted for a traitor, but that the weasels Graham and McConnell, despite the millions spent to send them packing, stand tall. Two of the most despicable species to have ever been found on this planet. I have hopes GA will provide a stronger mandate to Biden come January with the run-offs, and subdue these corrupt ethics voided bunch of hoo-ha'. Not over yet.

I interviewed with Citi 3 weeks ago (London) and haven’t heard back since. I felt the interview went well. Interviewer told me that I will hear back in a couple of weeks as the entire floor is hiring at the moment and HR is swamped. She said it in such a positive tone/way as well. I emailed HR last week and have not heard back. Is this normal? The wait is gruesome. Not sure if I’ve just been ghosted or if this is normal.

Currently making $250K all-in as a Finance Director but only got 3% increase this past review. My pay was down 5% due to COVID last year, so from 2020 to 2022 my pay is flat. Should I start looking to move? I don't have any complaints with the work I have and $250K jobs don't grow on trees, but it's hard to swallow essentially no pay increases over 2 years in a high interest rate environment
