It's been 1.5 months that I have joined a company for 28Lpa fixed and now I have an offer from another company offering 40Lpa fixed (it includes 6Lacs stock component-quarterly cash out).
Currently I am on a 3rd party payroll (PF is created) working for a client and the contract with this client can or cannot extend after 6 months.
YOE- ~4Yrs. I feel if I accept 40Lpa I will be in higher range in market and it'll be difficult later.

Hi ! I have gotten an offer via email for what I believe is level 9 data visualization specialist in the dc area. I have a masters and 3.5 years of consulting experience. I’ve gotten an initial offer and trying to get some context on what the range is for this and whether I should push for more or accept.
