Looking to get some insights in PwC's bonus policies. I have an offer from PwC in their Salesforce practice and the bonus offered is a range of 27% to 35%. But they have not included that bonus % in the offer letter. For those who have worked at PwC, is this a norm? Have you seen them follow through the Bonus payout? I left public accounting for industry about 1.5 years ago. I was a senior in a PCS group. I'll be looking to get back into PA in a PCS group once I get licensed. Does being out of PA for 2 years mean I should look for an experienced staff role, or could I get a senior position? My industry role isn't tax related, so I would have to get back up to speed on all the tax changes in the past couple of years.
