Too Late To Ask for Sign On Bonus?

Received an offer yesterday and was not offered sign on bonus, however I just remember I need to pay back a portion of my EY sign on bonus...Is it too late to bring it up and ask for a sign on bonus now?

Is it time to make my move? I’m in a mid-size mkt in a firm of 3-5 lawyers. I’ve been practicing at this firm for four years as of October ‘20 and have yet to bill under 1,800 in a year. This year I will apparently receive neither a bonus nor a raise, despite have a banner year for both billing and new business. During work from office days, a representative from third party vendor organization used to visit the Gurgaon office during the Investment Proof Declaration days to help folks with "rent agreements, PAN number and rent slips" (ahem!! ahem!! IYKYK) and we were able to claim tax deductions.
