Can I switch my F1 visa with an ended OPT to a B2 to stay in the states for 2-3 extra months before my relocation starts? Currently on the 60 days grace period post OPT end date. Do I have to leave the country to switch to B2? Or can I just stay and apply to change of status?

My husband just got fired from his job. We are immigrants.
