Sr Mgr for late stage Health Tech startup TC$185k (not factoring in stock options). Remote Option #1cons: boring but easy. 8-5. Older team. Very traditional in their thinking of healthcare. Little growth opps. Dislike being on site everyday. Option #2: pay cut is hard on my ego(financially will be fine). Pros: Future exit opps in tech/product.
