I’m experiencing a delay when I switch between different workbooks where it would take at least 5 seconds until I can click into the new workbook. I’m losing productivity especially when I’m doing a copy and paste task between different spreadsheets. Anyone else experienced this before and know any potential solutions?

I gotta say, a lot of the posts here aren't that cringe. I expected more making fun of employers who say stuff like "All these job seekers are lazy. It's so hard to find good employees." or the posts about how to be successful. Instead, a lot of you all are just making fun of people who are just trying their best and that seems kind of cruel.
