I agree with M1. I didn’t use a consultant and just followed what M1 has mentioned. Applicant lab helps you to bring the most suitable instances from your life to the essay. And I did use the applicant lab profile review, it helped me fine tune the goal and rewrite my resume. I reached back with almost 10-15 emails and they were more than happy to help(not complete review, just small clarifications). I wanted to write my own essay without someone steering me away from what I wanted to, later i sent out the essays to alumni for review. Their feedback and couple of rewrites was enough. I used grammarly for all the sentence formation and grammar corrections. At the end, I was more than happy with my essays and I don’t think there is anything better to write. Saved a wholesome 3500$ just on one school😁

I started a new position in a technical role lead by another technical role. I don't think his skills are where they should be for making data infrastructure decisions. We report to non technical people and are on a non technical team. I feel like I should let someone know he doesn't have the knowledge or experience to be making such important decisions although he is senior to me. What should I do? I don't care who is the boss, I just don't want to deal with poor data infrastructure decisions.

So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ? Or they can ghost me ?
