Good friend of mine in restructuring said he billed 2850 in 2020, which he said was only possible with WFH - he would basically roll out of bed and start working.

Which diseases has he acquired as a result?

Around 2100, but most of my friends are around 2400 and often hinted at by partners that they’re doing well but could fall behind at any second so they should keep the pace. 4th year, and it’s been pretty consistent since I started as a first year.

Bankruptcy can’t be that busy right now

Corporate and around 2750 within the last year.

2400. Sometimes things are on fire (like now) but usually there is a balance of fast, slow, and steady months.

I’ve heard anecdotally that Kirkland tracks time in 0.25 increments. Is that true for all practice groups?

Depends on the client and what they have agreed wrt fees

This was a couple years ago, but 2500 in funds.

I've heard lit is busy too. Definitely 2000 pace. I'm billing a bit lower because I'm leaving soon, but most of my peers (juniors) are billing over 2100 hours. Some much higher.

2200-2300 for last two years, and honestly I do sometimes feel like I’m falling behind my higher billing peers

2,300 isn't considered high??

I said, thank you good bye.
