Hello fishes, I wanted to understand regarding Business Consulting - Process Improvement team at EY India.
I understand that there's a lot of travel to Plant sites associated with the role. I'm being offered 18 LPA fixed for 2.5 YOE and a Consultant 2 position. If anyone could help me understand the WLB aspect of it and aspects of work it'll be really helpful.

Why is this even being polled 😂
Definitely depends on location options. I'm in a L/MCOL so if I had to go to west coast that wouldn't be worth it at all, not to mention difficult family implications. I don't hate my job, tbh I have everything I need. Not interested in chasing another name/brand per se. So, not sure what FAANG could offer me to make it worthwhile. More than 20%, and no relocation would be a decent starting place though

🌟 but it depends on what I'd be learning
Most consultants don’t have the skills required to do Applied Science or even regular DS in FAANG, it’s likely on 1-2% do. Most the code I’ve seen in consulting is trash too, consulting just has a really low bar.
