Pros and cons of joining internal firm committees as an associate?

I'm interested in moving from a tier 3 city to DC (which I believe is tier 2). Before I talk with HC I was looking for guidance around SA IFS salary bands.

Does anyone have good resources (podcasts, newsletters, Facebook groups, “behind the scenes” Twitter accounts, whatever) for community managers? I’m on smaller, non-product focused accounts where our community is very static, and I really want to learn new approaches and make sure I’m learning from the best.

I attended interview for TCS on 05/19 this year and they said , feedback will be shared. When I contacted the HR, they said it will take time to share as there are huge people attending interviews. But the thing is, am getting multiple calls asking to attend interviews again (is it because feedback isn't shared yet)

Current role: Newly promoted big 4 manager - $140K base + 10% annual bonus (estimated based on previous performance)

Received offer for a senior mgr strategy role in tech.

$160K base + 20-30% annual bonus + 100K RSUs/ four years ~$225K TC.

Good offer or push higher base? Hesitant to jump for the small bump in base.
