Will we be losing out on our reward nights at SPG come August ? As in the rewards nights accumulated every 50 nights ..
I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?
Would you consider using distance learning technology strategies in the classroom a bad thing? Like: google slides presentations for direct teaching and kahoots as a check for understanding.
Sometimes I volunteer to go on business trips I don't need to go on because that hour or two by myself in the hotel room is the only actual vacation I ever get.
What is your backup plan incase you and your partner (if you have one) get laid off? Specifically curious about how you would handle housing and income.

I’m going to Las Vegas during memorial weekend. Staying at Caesars Palace with 3 other guys all in our 20s. Any recommendations or things we must do/eat? Thanks!
My company expects me to work over 12 hours a day and I’m being asked to work the weekend constantly. Its making me extremely frustrated as I feel my labor is being exploited. Is it like this at other agencies? Has anyone made the switch to client side?
Anyone working in M&A finance can give their thoughts on the job? I like FDD but want something just a little (not too much) slower paced. I’m seeing a few of these job postings pop up and am curious what the interview process will be like

My project is gonna miss it’s deadline cause the CD that needs to review it is non responsive to emails, declines my meeting invites or says they’ll “get to it when I can”. Starting to freak out since
Quote of the day from a client email: "I don't want to be an alarmist, but I'm worried."
I’ve been through 5+ weeks of interviews with a company that will IPO next year and they did a bait and switch on me with the offer: it was advertised as “Head of” and then during the offer-walk-through-meeting today they said “oh btw we changed the title to ‘Senior Manager’ for this role”. They offered me a salary I made 4 years ago as a manager. They offered stock options with an exercise price TBD 1 year from now…which is when they’re hitting IPO. Is that normal for stock options?
I worked in consulting for a couple of years and am in my freshman year in B-school. Even though I had planned to try out some new sector in my internship, I seem to not find anything else as........
