So I specialized in 1065s for 4 years and switched to a small firm recently in the last year. I get 1065’s really well and partnership taxation very well. Now that I’m doing my first full on 10/15 deadline, I feel like a deer in freaking highlights. There are SO MANY random freaking forms and boxes to check, and don’t get me started on states, holy hell. But there is effectively no training going on or feedback because firm is OVERLOADED with work. I’m feeling depressed and defeated, damn
