Trying something new tonight. Impressively dark. I like that it’s not particularly sweet. Lots going on here with spices and earth and a bitter coffee finish. I’m really really enjoying this.

My pie day pie (belated!) Ina Garten’s chocolate banana cream recipe. My first time ever making a pudding. I have to say it was amazing to go from muttering “oh shit” for a solid 20 minutes of mixing the eggs/milk too aggressively into a foam and finally seeing it condense into pudding. Deffo recommend trying it!

I believe improving one’s sales conversion rate is something everyone want to improve but no one wants to admit they would like to work it. Funny how lawyers will spend thousands on seminars to improve trial skills. But this topic is not discussed in our profession. I have read books in sales. But am unable to find any for lawyers. I want convert every lead I can. Does anyone have tips, books, cle’s or studied this topic?

Hey Friends, apologies for not being around/moderating much recently - I wanted to reach out to see if there are a couple of people interested in being Bowl Leaders for this bowl? Send me a message/let's set up time to chat!

Mainly, it's just nice to have someone scroll through comments and pin questions that didn't get answered once in a while, and also make sure no one is getting antagonized in the comments as well.

Please reach out if interested!!

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
