It means that your body is exhausted and needs to recover. There is no specified timeline for this. It just takes time
Talk to doc, probably cant do anything and just tell you to be healthy and wait it out.

I had covid last March it took me 1-2 months to stop being tired all the time.

That’s amazing and my target for weekends. But if you are still feeling tired, then you should check with a doctor.
Not seeing the issue here. Lots of Type B people sleep 10 hours a day and don't run around exhausted and stressed out like the Type A folks. They still live perfectly fulfilling lives, if not more since they are well rested, better health, and not over subscribed all the time. Prioritize your health over everything, always.
