Definitely talk to your doctor and not a mostly anon board of consultants with little to no medical training

I sleep 9 hours a night normally

like

Then I think you answered your own question OP 😉

like

It means that your body is exhausted and needs to recover. There is no specified timeline for this. It just takes time

like

Talk to doc, probably cant do anything and just tell you to be healthy and wait it out.

I slept 12 hours for a while

I’ve seen such patterns for my close friend, you should be fine

I do this when I’m at full health

I had covid last March it took me 1-2 months to stop being tired all the time.

That’s amazing and my target for weekends. But if you are still feeling tired, then you should check with a doctor.

Not seeing the issue here.
Lots of Type B people sleep 10 hours a day and don't run around exhausted and stressed out like the Type A folks. They still live perfectly fulfilling lives, if not more since they are well rested, better health, and not over subscribed all the time.
Prioritize your health over everything, always.

Has anyone else had a really hard time online dating with Covid? I’m aware things are getting better but I prefer to do outdoor first dates to be on the safe side. No judgement to anyone that does differently. It’s just what I feel comfortable with. I’ve had a few guys tell me they won’t do outdoor dates for some reason… some have cited weather but others legit say no (in 70 weather) because it’s a hassle & “Covid is a joke.” Please tell me if this is normal.

But anytime I wanna talk about it, the stress and nerves overwhelm me and my eyes start welling up. Idk how to control it.

Looking for some specific info on Short Term Disability eligibility at EY. I would like to accept an offer, but won’t be eligible for 16-wk parental leave before 1 yr of tenure. This is an important detail for me since I am expecting this year. I have received in email that for parents who have a child *before* 1 year, that they are eligible for STD after 3 mnths at 100% for 6 weeks (+3weeks of approved PTO). is there fine print that pregnancy is a ‘pre-existing condition’ and I’d be denied?

I wish I would have had this bowl ten years ago 😔 I recently was diagnosed with ADHD. I have been able to manage this far with coping mechanisms but I recently got divorced, have four kids and a busy job with a lot of aspects that are new to me. Getting in my 8th month and starting to feel sore in my groin area. I read it’s because the baby is adding pressure down there. Do you know if it’s bad to do inner thigh exercises? I do easy floor exercises to stay fit/healthy during Covid, but the soreness (feels like slight muscle pain but it’s not) is making me wonder if I should stop.

Recently ended a 3+ yr relationship (were both mid 20s and living together for just under 2 years) bc of him buying an engagement ring yet not proposing and waffling about our future. After 2 weeks I brought up that there’s a lot of good in us that maybe worth trying to work on (counseling etc). He wants space first and asked me to not wait for him as he sorts out his emotions and “tries to be happy again” (COVID depression and 100hr work weeks). Then he’ll decide if he wants to try again
