My confession is that I have seen the medical field change so much over the past 20 years, that it's unrecognizable in both good and bad ways. More people are leaving than staying, and I am worried the quality of care is dwindling. I try not to burden friends and family with some of the things I've seen recently, but the short version is that I'm no longer sure I have faith or trust in it myself.

How to let go of your previous projects/initiatives without feeling you're not good enough? I've handled multiple and a variety of projects due to staffing issue. Always felt my work was not good enough since I was always pressed for time. I have been promoted despite these thoughts. Tbh, I'm just concerned on how team members will see it as they tend to make big deals on change of roles. Basically how can I change my perspective on the changes with new hires taking over most of my tasks?
