I need some help. I have 3 YOE.
Package I told I am expecting is 8.5lpa
Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

A company X hasnt sent me the revised offer letter yet as the offer generation is in progress and tomorrow is my joining with them, and offer also i might get tomorrow itself. They sent me an indicative breakup and mail confirmation that the offer amount is approved, should i believe them and withdraw the backup offer that I have as their joining date is also tomorrow. What should i do? Pls suggest as its urgent.

Hi guys,

I had my technical round with TCS yesterday. It went on for 45 mins and I had answered close to 17 of the 20 questions that were asked to me. The interviewer also gave a positive kind of response stating that you will have a managerial round after this and then HR. But nothing has happened after that. I tried emailing the HR who had arranged for my interview but I did not receive a response. Any idea about the TCS hiring process or how else can I reach them to kno the results ?
