I’m a recent graduate of masters and currently have 2 offers in my hand.

1) One with CITI Bank with 100k salary and no sign on bonus and as it is in my home town as I stay with my family needs no relocation bonus required.

2) This is with American Airlines in Dallas Fort Worth which offered 100k + 10k bonus + 18k relocation bonus (required)

Which ofer should I consider given I’m a new graduate and this is going to be my first job. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I have an MBA and am working on a DBA. Change Management (most likely as a consultant) is my goal, but not a lot of opportunity for this kind of work exists in my area. However, as it did for many others the pandemic changed a lot for me. I am now able to be remote, relocate or even just travel a lot. During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? BCG 🐠: came across a finance lead position (internal). Is this equivalent to a finance manager role? The PD states that candidates who don’t meet the years of experience requirement will be considered for Sr financial analyst.

Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. I'll ultimately need to support him financially for at least a year while he recovers. Not complaining, but has me considering just dropping out of the interview process. Is that crazy? Is the opportunity with BCG really so far beyond what I have already with S&? Is dropping a better look than interviewing and doing terribly?

Mck case screening today. Feedback was more structure after the first question and more detail (examples, think along value chain). I wanted to share to help others.

It’s the nerves, you know? When presenting at work for pres/vps, it doesn’t hit me like it does for this interview. Maybe test anxiety? My handwriting gets unrecognizable. The wanting it badly might be the reason I don’t get it. Talk about a catch 22.

McK 🐟 - How long does Mck take to declare results? I had 5 rounds of interviews for a PD role, last one being on 12th Nov. There is no communication yet. There is no recruiter in between and I dropped a mail to the hiring manager (director) asking her about the result. She gave positive feedback and said that she will respond after the Thanksgiving week. The entire week has passed and it's Tuesday of another week. No response yet. Is this common? I am losing hope.
