I'm currently working in Architecture working on transitioning into UX Design. I live below my means ( converted my moms garage into a studio apartment right before pandemic so I pay no more than $375 to her, her house is paid off) my car costs me no more than $400 per month including gas insurance and payment. ACN allows converting trad 401k (e.g., match) funds to a Roth 401k. Rather than waiting for a conversion ladder when I’m 40, I was thinking that a 25%ish market drop is a good time to run a bulk conversion now, as the drop is > taxes. How would you think about target %?
