I started doing QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into the position without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 year experience in QA. When I started I made $65k and it has jumped up to $78k. I have seen other PMs make way more at other companies $100k +. Annual review tomorrow, should I fight to get a big raise or look into other jobs that pay more if not?

Hi all! This is not necessarily an interview tip, more like a what should I do now kind of dilemma. I received an email to complete an in-person interview with a company last Wednesday. I responded via email the following morning with a few times I can go in as requested, specifically a time on Monday.
