Access to fishbowl is a thing?

like

Probably. He should make a bidness (sic) case as to how he compares to new MBA hires also coming in at Senior 2. Always fair to ask. If his master's is not an mba, might be harder to justify.

So OP. You gonna take the offer?

Need city and LOS

Chicago and Performance Improvement - Program Management

Sound about right. 90-100

Doesn't seem terrible. I had an offer from them for 110 as a senior 2 in a tier 1 city so it seems in line

@pwc again NY? Why not just say that lol

*with no advanced degree

Sounds about right.

as in*

Because there's another tier 1 city it could've been k1 :)

MBAs right out of school make 30 to 40 more, if in pi, at same level irrespective of City.

Thanks guys! EY2 - so is there scope for him to negotiate for more?

Op didn't say MBA campus hire

K1, I think what ey2 means is that mbas make way higher out of campus, so a lateral hire with relevant experience should be able to negotiate for a little more

Ha I don't get why some people just don't sign up themselves to ask.

BCG1- he works for a consulting firm that still doesn't have access to fishbowl. No need to be a dick here

Looking at the Cartier Tank Must in L. I’m a first time luxury watch buyer, and I would really love to get the XL because of the movement, but it’s way too big for my wrist. I have the opportunity to get the Solar Beat, or the regular Must in quartz, but don’t know which to choose. Any insights on one vs the other?

PTO means time off.

Not kind of time off. Not "hey could you do this one thing for me". Not "trying to save the client money so use your PTO but you'll be working". Not "let's turn everything into an emergency so they have to work".

It isn't a suggestion that they are unavailable. They are unavailable.

If you don't respect their time off, then why should anyone respect yours?

Do not be reaching out to your teammates that are on PTO.

Whatever it is, it can wait.
