Yoga can do wonders
You need to focus on strengthening your back muscles. If your back is strong, you’ll have better posture. 💯
My therapist also have me this elastic thing that you wear that pulls your shoulders back
Can you link it please? I’ve heard devices like tend to just be a crutch for formal strengthening solutions? Thoughts?
Lift some weights!
Not true. Unless you’re very overweight, completely out of shape, or have a pre-existing injury, lifting light weights is not going to hurt your back unless you do it improperly. The right exercise exists for every person. I suggest you consult with a trainer to learn more.
Get a posture reminder either a shoulder harness or one of those electronic reminders
Lunges strengthen the ham strings which strengthen your back and improve your posture. Start with no weights, then move to 5lbs and add 5lbs each week and then eventually you want walking Lunges
Strengthen back and core, but also just be diligent about keeping it front of mind and much of it becomes habit.
Back and neck muscle strengthening! Don’t do it with weights initially, use therabands until you’re strong or you’ll make yourself worse.
Upright go
The vibration is very subtle. I think you’re over thinking it. I haven’t had a problem with it
