Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? Significant increase in pay and target bonus potential, as well as equity in the org. Looking at long term move to become COO behind the CEO.
Pros: pay (both short and long term), leadership role, opportunity to play a major role in shaping and growing the org, company is backed my significant funding and has approval/need to build major infrastructure;
Cons: Burning a bridge where I reside, potential increase in travel (no relo needed), small seed of doubt in my mind, significant other being pissed for not “sticking things out”

Base increase would be around 45-55k (from 145 to 200k)
Bonus increase would be 10% (from 15 to 25%)
Equity needs to be discussed.
Am I foolish for hesitating
