As someone in digital marketing, this email is offensive on so many levels. 😆
Rolling off my project at end of week and I've already had 3 managers hound me to join their project. We're so short staffed yet underpaid.
Pretty much consultancy 101 at the moment, getting dragged into roles way above my pay grade and expected to just lump it with 2 people’s workload and a TL position in an under-budgeted team

This is how it is at EY too, at least with respect to the service line I was in. They were in desperate need before I left (folks telling clients in emails we are having resource issues and managers straight up saying we are havin severe staffing issues) and now I’ve seen so many post from the service line leaders and former teammates about that group hiring. LET IT 🔥
