Practice Panther vs Lawcus ? Currently a PP user (family law practice), not happy with the platform. Reviewed a lot of other CMS, loving what I’m seeing on Lawcus. Would like to get user feedback! TIA.

Currently using lawcus: some things are cool (phone, email interactions automatically generating time entries); some are not (cannot stand the naming convention for automated documents). There's no way to respond to an incoming email (and keep the thread) from within lawcus thereby ensuring that it's memorialized within the platform. The e-sig feature for our account only allows 30/month (I can easily exceed that, so I still use SignEasy - unltd). There's no real way to notify another team member about something: it may be via one in 100 emails automatically generated by lawcus, you can create a task for them, it may be in the billion alerts from the firm, etc., but unless you actually connect w/your teammember, assume they don't know about it). Right now, our calendars aren't synching properly, and there's no relief in sight. Most of the self-help/instruction videos are about billing (useless to end users, incredible for those dealing w/accounting). I mean, there's always issues with any platform.
BUT. again, there's some things I really like. Just not nearly as many as I dislike.

Hi,

I'm a senior creative (copy) based in Paris.

I'm French, I speak English (despite a weird accent), I’m nice to work with, and most importantly I have ideas.

Big ideas. Small ideas. Fun ideas. Smart ideas. And even silly ideas.

Ideas ideas ideas.

I've spent more than a decade in some good French agencies and now I'm looking for cool projects with foreign agencies.

I'm about to end a 1 year stint at W + K London and I'm looking for an AD to partner with on my next gigs.

Let's talk ?

Thanks!

I work at a small, 3 lawyer firm. One of the lawyers is not barred in the state we practice. Because of this, the managing attorney has been having him draft motions and other legal documents and use my name and bar number and having me file them because I will have to appear in court for the matter. Is this normal? I am not provided time to review the materials before I file them so I end up working longer days because I am nervous to file something using my name and bar number.
