What do you do when you realize accepting that promotion was a wrong decision? You had a lower income (but that you could live ok - without excesses) and not much recognition but peace and complete autonomy over your decisions in the business. On the opposite now, you may make some more money but you have 24/7 headaches, triple of the workload, anxiety, insomnia, a very arrogant manager and little to no indecency. How do you find peace to forgive yourself? How do you cope with that feeling?

I moved to Baltimore during the pandemic and am WFH but I want to get out and meet more people.
