I’m not old BUT when I was younger I thought it was important to have all the alphabets after my name (I.e. Phr, SHRM and all the others). I learning that the younger crowd coming into the market thrives off these identifiers yet they know very little about the real world aspects of the job. I watch leadership roll their eyes at the email footers. I feel like keeping those attached to my name hurts my credibility so I removed them…. I’m I thinking wrong?

Right now valuation is 1/10th of TESLA - but we know China’s ability to ramp up. Even if they come close to 1/5th of TESLA they would represent a 5x potential.

New to options. Why do you all buy UVXY options and not the ETF itself when u think the market is going to tank? Don’t options present the added complexity of vol and risk of order not filling?

Looking into Storage REITS like cube space and PSA. If there is a specific commercial storage company would be interested. A ton of residences and company’s going into storage to cut rent but also with the expectation better deals to be had later on leases.
