What do y'all make of Glassdoor ratings for Big Law firms? WilmerHale dropped quite a bit recently and Cooley is now up to 4.5 stars. Has something fundamentally changed in any of the firms or are these ratings not a useful barometer?

Was hired as Ent AE @ a young tech co. 7 wks ago. Somewhere there was a disconnect on ramp. We agreed on OTE, but was led to believe that my ramp plan would be outlined by my boss after I started. I brought it up to my mngr several times but got no answers. I thought it was partly due to leadership finalizing quotas & commission plan for the org. We finally got those plans & I asked again about ramp to which he replied “there is none.” In a hot job market, this floors me. What should I do?
