I am a Product Owner with 6 yoe and a mother of newly born. My current package is 12lpa and average 11-12 hrs working with work from office for 7-8 hrs, remaining calls/work from home. In such scenario taking care of the baby has become very challenging.

Really burning out from everything. I’m back after maternity leave and my full time schedule just kicked in. Baby girl just turned 5 months and is at home with family. Oldest in preschool. I just can’t do it all. I can work 8 hours sure but I mean I’m going 9-5, back on for a half hour 530-6, back off until 8. My husband is suffering from depression and OCD and has kind of given up on his career, working out, grooming himself, engaging with society and friends. He’s an amazing father but spends his day playing with our baby and playing video games. His depression has become a third person in our relationship and it’s destroying our marriage. He doesn’t think anything is wrong and refuses to get individual therapy or go to couples counseling. What can I do? Should I reach out to his fam?I’m miserable.
