Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

Keep your options open. I hate companies that do more than 2 rounds of interviews.
Agree, Hiring Managers like this are even worse to work for; ‘Oh the candidate has another offer on the table? Let them go, they aren’t for us.’ ‘They want to counter offer? Let them go, our offer is the best.’ (Meanwhile they have an ATS that hasn’t been updated in 8 years.)
If you're doing any type of presentation, have versions that are tailored for each type of interviewer and what is important to them. Also, good luck. I hate, hate, hate when they turn interviewing into a full time job.
Ugh. That is super annoying. I don't know why companies feel the need to do 65 rounds of interviews.
