Is there any ongoing hiring freeze in B4?
I had a recruiter reach out to me from Google 3 years ago about a role she thought I would be good for. She really advocated for me to be in the role but the hiring managers didn’t feel like I was qualified.
We had a discussion and she gave me a lot of good feedback on how I could be a stronger candidate and encouraged me to reach out to her directly for future opportunities. Fast forward to now, I’ve gained a lot of experience and skills. Should I reach out even though it’s been 3 years?

“Dear officer selection board,
Senior Audit Associate is a born leader of men, a life taker and a heart breaker. At the same time, they demonstrate the vague sense of perpetual confusion common to every junior officer. You need to pin some bars on that boy’s shoulders.
Sincerely,

You’re welcome 👍
I sign your silly death papers big homie. DM me
Ask your OCS recruiter for an example, draft up letters for CO, BN CDR, and BN CSM or (PL and 1SG as backups). Make sure the Lord aren't all the same. Send them the drafts and ask for signatures. You can also ask your OCS Recruiter to engage them and talk about the timeline if necessary. Good luck!
try to reach out to the commander again and reach out to your PL for support.
OP: what date are you in?
You can draft a letter and just ask your CDR to sign - might be more efficient than asking them to write one
Best bet for these is to draft an initial LOR. Look up your service’s format on what goes in the first paragraph and closing paragraph. Put in what you’ve done that led your CO to recommend, thoughts on your potential as an officer, and why you would be entrusted with people and programs in your charge.
Then they will ‘adminise’ or ‘yeomanize’ it and send it back to you.
Make it easy for them and they will edit generally.
