I’ve been a pretty shitty older sister to my younger brother. I’m afraid I’ll lose him. We’ve both done each other wrong but I feel like as an older sister, I need to take more accountability for my actions and be a little more forgiving. I feel really horrible about the things I’ve said and I don’t know if I can ever forgive myself for them. I took our relationship for granted and now I feel like it’s forever scarred. I’ve apologized to him but this is still weighing heavy on me.

Its been 2. 5 years in EY GDS in TTT as a Senior 2 Test Engineer. Kind of weird work I feel because, when it comes to Delivery, zero process and odd way of planning. The way they follow Agile is such a comic act.
Though the stakeholders are even from EY, leadership acts like a rubber spine without correcting them on their decision or educate the process which they need to follow . It really feels like I quit this organization.

Do you have someone in your office/group that you just loathe? They’ve only been on good projects with strong project teams since they’ve started. I’ve gone to them for help in the past via a partners suggestion but came to find out they’ve had their hand held the whole time. How do you get past feeling jealous and annoyed because you work your ass off and are supposedly a top performer but still get put on shit projects with no help? Is it really just time to walk? Been here for 4 years.

No one wants to give me a chance!!! I want to teach STEM, and my resume has all the STEM on it that I have done outside my classroom- overseas, summer school…and I am working on my masters in elementary education, science specialists. All they see is PREK. How can I ever get a chance to teach STeM if no one gives me a chance? Felling really discouraged.
