Hi all, I’ve been in my current role for 1 year now, I have 1 year of formal HR experience plus 5+ years of management experience. My current company is global and I’m the only HR rep at my site, with~100 EEs. The rest of my HR corporate team is in another state, including my manager. My manage is very hands off (I go weeks without hearing from her), so I don’t feel like I am learning much. While I like the experience I am gaining I would like some 1:1 coaching.
