Previously interviewed for position at Deloitte but did not receive offer after final round. I’ve applied for other Deloitte positions following the rejection but now each time during the initial phone screening, the recruiter asks for the name of who helped me throughout the recruiting process for the role I did not receive an offer for. After I provide this info, I’m then ghosted by them each time (3 times total so far). What am I doing wrong?

I have built social media and influencer programs for starts up for the last 8 years. I recently had a very unprofessional experience recently going through an interview process. I had 3 rounds of interviews already, did an amazing case, my last interview was scheduled with the CMO, the day before the interview I am told that the CMO wants someone who has big brand experience like Taco Bell or Nike. It blew my mind because this is a start-up too & that my qualifications don’t even matter.
