So… two months ago I started a gig as a CD. Good agency. Very talented people. Pretty quickly I realized that my new job is kinda about keeping up with incoming emails/teams messages. I can’t handle it. For the last month I have been sleeping in, getting out of bed after 11am, like I prefer. Those notifications start coming at around 8am and all I do is press those suggested replies on teams, not even half awake, pretty much still dreaming, and it works. I’m getting lots of good feedback.

I hate my manager ! she’s rude, degrading and doesn’t give me any guidance and expects me to some how figure everything out on my own. She told me to take notes for her every meeting and send it after although she’s also in the meetings ? And expects me to send out emails for her tbh I feel nothing more than her assistant.
