Probably a dumb question, but when submitting my two week notice, who is the proper person(s) to send it to?

In the corporate world you (generally) have 1 boss, but in BigLaw I have a subgroup chair, practice group chair, partner in charge of my office (not in my PG), office manager, practice group development manager, and no less than 10 additional equity partners I do work for...

Either the managing partner of your office, or the head of your office practice group. That person will likely ask you to email your office HR/admin to have your departure and last day formally in writing. If there’s a particular partner you are close with or has been a particularly supportive mentor you can tell them first, just ask them to keep it quiet until you inform the office MP or group chair (which should be your next stop after letting that partner know).

Thanks!

Ask whoever has administration responsibility for associates in your practice area. Your firm will have a process for people who are leaving.

What you should do when dealing with a very toxic worker that keep on sending passive aggressive messages to you as well as in group chat and email.
Things like when you answer his question he respond: I know that
Or when he keeps on saying my change requests were just minor in group meeting but actually not.
And keep on saying how hard he works when he clearly wasn’t and already underperformed compared to an intern level.

How to not let this toxic co-worker not poison me any further?

Looking for some guidance

You guys have seen me on here before, I have the toxic boss who accused me of having an interview on a day I took for my mental health anyways.
In June we had a meeting, it was big. I told said boss I don’t like how they talk to me xyz. In the meantime between then and things have improved (I also found out I was undermedicating myself for 4 months on anxiety meds)
I get called into the partners office today to discuss my attitude and to write me up for

I have a manager from another team who micromanages nearly everything I do. She seems to intentionally question my work and throw blame on me in front of other coworkers when it’s unwarranted. Unfortunately, I’m left trying to defend myself on a regular basis. HR and my manager have been involved, but the manager’s behavior stays that same. What can I do to help get the target off my back?

Anyone have a superior ask you to document something extra but when you let the know that the situation might change so the extra stuff will be removed, they say you must be mistaken and to document it anyway?

Then you do as asked but then later learn the situation did change and the documentation must be removed...

I have been in public accounting for six years and not once has anyone ever apologized. Sure things change, life happens but it's OK to apologize for getting the situation wrong.

I submitted an application for a lateral position about a month ago. A week after submission, the recruiting contact asks me when I am available for a virtual interview. We set up a day; I don't get the usual virtual interview link so I ask for an update, and she tells me the interviewer had a conflict so we have to reschedule.

I send her my schedule for the next two weeks. She tells me she'll get back to me. It's been a week and a half and she hadn't replied. Have I been rejected?
