I have got an offer from JP Morgan Chase.
Designation - Associate (602)
CTC - 33 fixed + 10-12% bonus (expecting total around 36-37 LPA)
Joining date - 15th Sept
Have accepted the offer letter. Wanted to know, how the offered CTC is compared to current market standards.

Alternate offer - Q2 software
CTC - 37.5 LPA (33 LPA fixed + rest stocks)

Preferring JPMC as of now. Please share your views.

Does Salesforce extend joining date? My current company usually relieves in 30 days but has asked me to continue for 15 more days as I am part of a critical project.
