I have used LMC Cleaning before - they do a good job and are affordable (not rock bottom though if cost is your main concern)

Coit is the only national brand I know of, otherwise probably a lot of local options which vary based on where you live.

Yeah, have few recommendations for Chicago.

I have a direct report who is smart, passionate about her job and can be really innovative. However she carries this enormous weight of responsibility, for needing to do everything, do it right, make sure it's perfect, not trusting colleagues to help. It creates dread and panic and overwhelming workload and a terrible attitude for her and I am speaking with her this week to start to shift her mindset. Any tips in navigating how to let go of this heavy idea of "responsibility"?

When closing on a home and you've gone through underwriting a while back, does the lender pull the credit again when you're close to closing? And if so do they do it without informing you? Getting ready for a new life adventure in some other city or country. Have a great house in an extremely desirable city. We should probably rent it, gain a little monthly cash, and let the asset grow even more. But part of me says just sell it while it’s high now, and go forth and not have to worry about renters and things breaking etc. Just move on and buy something when we settle. house is paid for. pros/cons of buying a (pre-war) condo in nyc from an investment standpoint? building has great financials, well constructed and maintained, under ~$600 sq ft., good size, 3.25% rate. cons: in an up and coming neighborhood of brooklyn, so only a handful of restaurants + cafes nearby compared to more bustling parts, needs a full kitchen reno, one bathroom only (2 bed/1 bath). will be my primary residence for the foreseeable future, but hoping to build equity to buy a bigger place down the line.
