I am an experienced Media Buyer who is thinking of moving to Client side. What transferable skills as a Media Buyer can I highlight that don’t look like the average Joe’s skills? Media is too niche.
If you work over the firm shut down.. how do you charge your hours? For example if I worked 2 hours, would 2 be client and still 6 holiday?

Is that true? Do you think it's better to try to get into mid size CPA firms or big 4 small and medium client segment/ industry in order to have the greatest chance to be on audits that require fieldwork? Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. The recruiter mentioned that since I am a contractor my current salary is incomparable as they will provide benefits, etc. Is this true? I have 2 yrs of contracting HR exp from fortunate 500 co’s & OMW to get my SHRM-CP. Appreciate your advice in advance.
