Cookie decorating? Just 3 big sugar cookies /person, icing, sprinkles, plates, and aprons. Could be a contest where they have a theme- like represent their company or something. I’d stay away from holidays as to not isolate any particular culture. Unless you don’t see that as an issue (Halloween Diwali and Christmas coming up).

Do you find them to be sport fans? At a conference, we had a local team’s mascot (person in costume, but could be cool if it was a dog like UGA or UT) come visit and pose for pictures. Could be college or professional. But it was also ‘sports’ themed and we all wore team gear that day.
Another time we had this group come play fun tribal music. They handed out fun instruments. We broke into groups and came up with our own song/dance performance. It really cheered and loosened everyone up.

I see a lot of comment about salary.
And now after 10 years of experience as a group manager I feel I am terribly paid less!
Is 21 LPA as a group manager in WNS Global Services good or should i switch?
I have another offer Evalueserve as a group manager only but with 25LPA. They are giving permanent remote working so my cost of moving to another city will also be reduced.
Will it be good move? Or now should I look for better position as well apart from salary?
