Hi fishes,
Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? Don't want to face long bench hours like it used to be in Publicis sapient which led to brutal lay off. Kinda sceptical to join as it is giving me Publicis sapient vibes.Coforge Coforge ltd

Is this a joke? Projects fall through all the time... that’s a reality of the business. You should ENJOY the beach time. Also 1 month on the beach is barely any time.
I get that you want to be developing, but there are things you can do to develop yourself while on the beach, and time off is a good way to prevent burnout. You’d be making a big mistake if you let one 1-month beach time this early in your consulting experience turn you off.
But by all means, if you want to be working every single work day of the year... you do you.
Can’t tell you how much I appreciate someone using that phrase here
1 month of bench time in 1.5 years is not bad at all buddy
That’s equivalent to an industry slow period on your team. Maybe a bit long. Industry isn’t that different, but is often slower paced. What do you think is happening client side while the contracts are pending sale?
Bye Felicia.
