Been here almost a year now at L2 and was an manager equivalent before coming here. I feel like I have 0 insight into what I need to be doing to get promoted? I’m getting mostly 1s, but don’t feel like I have actionable “do X and demonstrate Y and then you can be put up for promotion”. Any advice?

The health insurance of vois is not good. For employee 2 lakh with 10% copay and for others 1 lakh with 20% copay. Is there anything, where i can raise the coverage with no copay? Also, the variable and bonus is same? Or bonus is over and above CTC?

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? Has anyone here used the "Read Scripture" app? It goes through the entire Bible and includes accompanying summary videos from "The Bible Project" (whose videos can also be found on YouTube).
